• 1. How do I place an order?

  Simply fill in our contact form with your occasion, theme, date, and the items you need. We'll get back to you with design concepts and a personalised quote. Once you approve the designs, we'll begin handcrafting your order.

• 2. How far in advance should I order?

  I recommend ordering at least 2-3 weeks before your event to allow time for design, approval, and handcrafting. For busy periods (Christmas, summer, and Easter), please allow 4 weeks where possible. If you're short on time, get in touch - I'll always try to accommodate rush orders where I can.

• 3. Do you require a deposit?

  Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and secure your place in my making schedule. The remaining balance is due before dispatch or collection.

• 4. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

  You can request changes during the design and approval stage. Once you've approved the final designs and I've started crafting, changes may not be possible - but I'll always do my best to help.

• 5. Can I request a completely custom theme?

  Absolutely - it's our favourite thing to do! Whether your little one is obsessed with a unique book character, a specific animal, or a magical colour palette, we can design something completely bespoke just for you.

• 6. Can you copy a licensed character (e.g. Disney, Marvel)?

  I am unable to reproduce copyrighted or licensed characters directly. However, I can create inspired-by designs that capture the colours, style, and spirit of your chosen theme without infringing on copyright.

• 7. What colours and fonts can I choose?

  Any colours and fonts you like! We can match specific colour palettes, Pantone references, or work from inspiration photos you provide.

• 8. Can I see a mock-up before you start making?

  Yes - I always provide design mock-ups for your approval before any crafting begins. We'll revise as many times as needed until you're completely happy.
